Chettinaad Egg curry

Chettinaad egg curry is the tasty and spicy egg curry.In egg curry chettinaad egg curry is the famous variety.Here we included the ingredients and preparation of the chettinaad egg curry .


For making curry masala:
Oil-3 table spoon
Cumin seeds-1/4 table spoon
Black pepper-1/4 table spoon
Grated coconut-1 cup
coriander powder-1 table spoon
Red chilly powder-1 1/2 table spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
Water-1/2 cup to 1 cup
Other ingredients:
Boiled egg-5 numbers
Oil-2 to 4 table spoon
Cumin seeds-1/4 table spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 table spoon
Ginger,garlic and green chilly paste-1 1/2 table spoon
Curry leaves-As required
Tomato puree-2 tomato’s
Salt-As required
Water-As required

First we want to boil 5 eggs  and remove the outer shell of egg.Keep it aside.Then we want to make the curry masala.For this take a pan and heat it well.Then add little oil to it.Allow it to heat.Then add cumin seeds and black pepper.Roast it well.And  then add grated coconut to it.Roast it also.Then add coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder.Roast it well for 4 minutes in a medium flame.Then allow it to cool.Then we want to grind it.For this take blender and add the roasted mixture to it.Also add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water to it.Blend it well till we get a smooth batter.Then we want to roast the eggs in the same pan with a little oil.Then heat a another pan and add oil.Heat it .Then add cumin seeds and onion together.Also add turmeric powder.Saute it well til onions becomes transparent.And then add tomato puree (for making a tomato puree,take two tomato .And boil it with enough water.Then remove the skin and blend it b with out adding water) and curry leaves.Close the lid and cook it for two minutes.Then add the blended batter to it.Add required water to it.Also add required salt to it.Allow it boil and then add the roasted egg to it.Also add one table spoon of vinegar to it.Boil it for two minutes.Now our tasty chettinaad egg curry is ready to serve
