Egg roast

Egg roast is the tasty and easy egg item.It is prepared  by using boiled egg.It is a dry curry.It is very spicy one.It is a good combination with chapathi ,ghee rice and porotta.Here we included the ingredients and preparation of the egg roast


Boiled egg-4
Ginger,garlic and  green chilly paste-1 1/2 table spoon
Oil-3 or 4 table spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder-1 table spoon
Coriander powder-1/2 table spoon
Garam masala-1 tea spoon
Curry leaves-As required
Salt-As required

First we want boil egg for 10 minutes.And cool it for 10 minutes.Then remove the outer shell of boiled egg.Then we want to start to make the egg roast.For this heat a pan and add three or four table spoon of oil to it.Allow it to heat .Then add chopped onions,salt,turmeric powder and curry leaves together.Saute it well in a medium flame till onions becomes transparent and golden brown in color.Then add the ginger,garlic and green chilly paste.Also add one chopped tomato.Allow the tomato to mash well and also allow to the raw smell of ginger ,garlic and green chilly paste is gone away.Then add red chilly powder(kashmeeri chilly powder is best),coriander powder and garam masala.Saute it well till it is roasted well.Then add half cup of water to it.Close the lid of pan and cook it for 5 minutes.Then we open the lid and add the boiled egg to it.When we adding the boiled egg,we need to put one or more slit in egg using a knife.It is helps to properly combine the egg with the masala .Then mix it for five minutes in a low flame.Then switch off the flame.Now our tasty and spicy egg roast is ready to serve.It serve hot with chapathi,porotta,ghee rice and nice pathiri etc.It is a simple curry recipe.So you must try this recipe.
