Spicy Tomato fry

Tomato fry is the very tasty and easy curry .It can prepared with in five minutes.It is a spicy curry.It contains very few ingredients.We can add tomato source to this curry.It is an optional thing.Here we don’t add tomato source.Tomato fry is a very good combination  with chappathi and dosa.Here we included the ingredients and preparation of the spicy tomato fry.

Ingredients:

Mustard seeds-1  table spoon
Garlic-3 or 4 numbers
Curry leaves -As we required
Onion-2
Tomato-3 (large in size)
Green chilly-4 numbers
Ginger-1 small piece
Turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon
Salt-As we required
Red chilly powder-1/2 table spoon
Coconut oil-3 or 4 table spoon
Water-1/2 cup

Preparation:
First we want to cut onions,tomato and green chilly.And also we want to crush garlic and ginger.Then heat a heavy bottom vessel and add two or three table spoon of coconut oil.Heat it well.Once it is heated splutter the mustard seeds.Then we want to add crushed garlic and curry leaves.Roast it well till garlic becomes golden brown in color.Then we add the chopped onions to it.Also add four numbers of chopped green chilly(we can change the quantity of green chilly in order to your taste),crushed ginger,required salt and 1/4 tea spoon of turmeric powder.Saute it well till onions becomes very soft and golden brown in color in a medium flame.Then add chopped tomato to it.Allow it to mash well in a high flame.Once it is starts to mashed add 1/2 table spoon red chilly powder to it(kashmeeri red chilly powder).Mix it well till the raw smell of red chilly powder is goes away.Then we want to add 1/2 cup of water to it.Stir it well.And cook it for two minutes.Once it becomes little dry switch off the flame.Now our tasty and spicy tomato fry is ready to serve.It serve hot with chappathi or dosa.It is a timeless curry recipe.So you must try this one also.
